Marc Miller, President and CEO of Capital Title of Texas,
a subsidiary of Plains Capital Corporation, was recently named President
of the Collin County Children’s Advocacy Center Board of Directors. Mr.
Miller will serve a 12-month term as President of the Board and follows

PlainsCapital got into the title business three months ago by aquiring Dallas-based West Star Title Co., which was recently renamed Capital Title of Texas.
