Relocation Services
Capital Title of Texas, LLC, provides nationwide relocation services for corporate transferees. Each account is overseen by a Destination Coordinator who is trained to assess proper closing fees for each state and contractual agreements for each participating corporate partner.
Upon receipt of a new corporate transferee, the Destination Coordinator will:
Coordinate with the Title Company or Closing Attorney the relocation credit details.
Review closing statements (HUD-1) for accuracy and appropriate reimbursable closing costs nationwide.
